The Emirates NBD Priority Banking Visa Infinite is the bank’s relationship card — issued by invitation to existing Priority Banking customers as part of the wider wealth-management package. The gate is the relationship, not the salary line on an application form; the value sits in what the relationship brings around the card, not in the standalone earn rate.
- Annual fee
- AED 1,575 incl. VAT
- Min salary
- Invitation only
- Top earn rate
- 0.4% Groceries
Pros
- Visa Infinite chrome — airport lounge access, concierge service and travel insurance via the Visa Infinite suite
- ENBD-specific perks include up to 4 valet visits per month at selected Abu Dhabi locations, up to 4 airport transfers per year, and free golf at participating UAE courses
- Sits inside the Priority Banking relationship — preferential FX rates, fee waivers and a dedicated relationship manager apply across products

Cons
- Invitation-only — you cannot apply for the card without already being inside ENBD Priority Banking
- AED 1,575 annual fee for a 2% Plus Points base earn is poor as a standalone product
- 1.99% foreign-currency fee — the Priority Banking relationship's preferential FX rates apply to transfers, not to card transactions
- Salary transfer required — clawback exposure applies if you leave the bank or the UAE inside tenure
- The product's value is bundled into the relationship — hard to isolate the card itself from the wider wealth-management package
Earn rates
Plus Points earn is on every transaction, with small category boosts on groceries and insurance and a thin earn on fuel and utilities:
- Groceries
- 0.4%
- Fuel
- 0.2%
- Everything else
- 2%
Fee summary
The annual fee is AED 1,575. The Priority Banking relationship sometimes waives the card fee at the bank’s discretion for higher-tier customers — confirm with your relationship manager whether your tier currently qualifies. The 1.99% foreign-currency fee applies to every non-AED card transaction; Priority Banking’s preferential FX rates apply to outbound transfers and currency exchange, not to card transactions.
What you get — per-benefit value
The earn is denominated in ENBD Plus Points, which carry no published AED redemption value — so the countable value on this card sits in the relationship perks, counted against the AED 1,575 fee.
Plus Points earn (2% general / 0.4% groceries / 0.2% fuel)
Value to me: not computable — conversion unpublished. ENBD publishes no Plus Points→AED rate. Whatever the portal pays at redemption is the real figure; don’t read the 2% as dirhams.
Up to 4 valet visits a month (Abu Dhabi)
At the AED 50–80 mall-valet band we use across reviews, the full 48-visit ration is Value to me: AED 2,400–3,840/year; a realistic once-a-month user books AED 600–960/year. Selected Abu Dhabi locations only — AED 0 for the Dubai-based reader.
Airport lounge access (Visa Infinite)
No provider or visit cap is published on the issuer page. At the AED 200 walk-in equivalent, four flown trips a year would be AED 800/year — verify the provider and cap with your relationship manager before counting it.
Airport transfers, golf, courier
Up to 4 UAE airport transfers a year, free golf at participating UAE courses (40% off premium courses globally), and up to 12 local courier runs a year — none with a published cap-and-market-price pairing we’d stand behind, so no AED figure. Real conveniences for the holder they fit; AED 0 for everyone else.
Quarterly AED 5,000 cashback draw
A draw, not a benefit — odds unpublished. Value to me: AED 0 for planning purposes.
Total package: the countable items — valet plus the provisional lounge line — sum to roughly AED 1,400–4,600/year depending on utilisation and city, against the AED 1,575 fee. An Abu Dhabi-based holder who works the valet ration clears the fee on perks alone; a Dubai-based holder probably doesn’t, and is back to the honest position stated throughout — the relationship, not the card, is the product.
Key conditions to know
- Invitation-only
- The card is issued to existing Emirates NBD Priority Banking customers only. You cannot apply for it directly without first being inside the Priority Banking relationship; the relationship is the gate.
- Salary transfer
- Salary transfer to Emirates NBD is flagged as required on this product. Clawback applies if you change jobs or leave the UAE inside the bank’s tenure window — review the salary-transfer T&Cs with your relationship manager.
- Plus Points earn structure
- 2% as Plus Points on general spend; 0.4% on supermarkets and insurance; 0.2% on fuel and utilities. Denominated in Plus Points, not cashback dirhams, and subject to a per-statement cap.
- Visa Infinite benefits
- Airport lounge access (verify the current provider and visit cap before relying on it), Visa Infinite concierge service, travel insurance and purchase protection through the Visa Infinite certificate.
- ENBD relationship perks
- Up to 4 complimentary valet parking visits per month at selected Abu Dhabi locations, up to 4 airport transfers per year in the UAE, free golf at participating UAE courses with up to 40% off premium courses globally, and local courier service up to 12 times a year.
- Quarterly cashback draw
- Maintain AED 50,000 of quarterly spend on the card to enter a draw for an AED 5,000 cashback prize — terms vary; confirm the current campaign with your RM.
- Eligibility
- Issued to existing Priority Banking customers — UAE residency required; salaried applicants; salary transfer required. The bank does not publish a salary minimum because the gate is the Priority Banking relationship itself.
Watch out for
- The relationship is the product. Standalone, AED 1,575 for a 2% Plus Points earner is uncompetitive. The card only pencils out if you are already drawing real value from the wider Priority Banking package — preferential FX on transfers, fee waivers, RM access, in-branch service.
- Salary-transfer clawback. The card carries a salary-transfer requirement; expect clawback exposure on any joining incentives and the loss of preferential pricing if you change jobs or leave the UAE inside tenure.
- 1.99% FX on card spend. Priority Banking’s preferential FX rates apply to outbound transfers and currency exchange — not to card transactions. For routine non-AED spend, pair the card with a lower-FX product.
- Fee waiver is discretionary. Some Priority customers see the AED 1,575 waived at the bank’s discretion; do not budget on it. Confirm with your RM.
- Compare across relationships. Mashreq Gold, ADCB Privilege Club and FAB Elite all offer comparable wealth-relationship Visa Infinites — the decision typically follows your primary banking, not the other way round.
Bottom line
A relationship product, not a standalone card. If you are already inside ENBD Priority Banking, the Visa Infinite is the default in-ecosystem card — it aligns with the wealth-management relationship, carries the standard Visa Infinite chrome and brings ENBD-specific perks (Abu Dhabi valet, airport transfers, golf, the quarterly draw) that the rest of the ENBD card range does not. The preferential FX on transfers and the cross-product fee waivers usually recover the AED 1,575 card fee comfortably for an active Priority customer. Apply if you are already an Emirates NBD Priority Banking customer. Skip if you are not — the card is invitation-only and opening the entire wealth-management relationship to chase it does not pencil out; compare Mashreq Gold, ADCB Privilege Club and FAB Elite at the relationship level instead.
Pay smart: for everyday non-AED spend that escapes the Priority Banking FX preferential rates, pair this card with a lower-FX companion like the CBD One free-for-life Visa. Newer UAE residents working through the bank-account-and-card setup should start with our expat starter guide.
