What we cover

Consumer banking in the UAE — credit cards, salary transfers, the AECB credit bureau, customer-service patterns at the major issuers (FAB, ENBD, Mashreq, ADCB, HSBC, DIB, ADIB and others). Loyalty programmes — Skywards, Etihad Guest, Qatar Avios, flydubai OPEN, Air Arabia Airewards, hotel programmes operating in the UAE, and bank-proprietary points (FAB Rewards, ENBD Rewards, Mashreq Salaam, ADCB TouchPoints). Lifestyle deals tracked through Dubai Summer Surprises, Ramadan, and National Day cycles.

Interview requests

Email info@dubaipoints.ae with subject "Press" and a brief on the topic, deadline and outlet. We aim to respond within one business day. We're available in English and conversational Arabic; for broadcast we can do remote (Riverside / Zoom) and Dubai-based in-studio with notice.

Quoting our work

Standard journalism citation rules apply. Reproduce up to two sentences with attribution and a link back to the source page. For broader use — full tables, valuation figures, syndication — email us first; in most cases we say yes for outlets covering UAE consumer finance.

Our AED valuations are an exception: the figures will be sampled methodically once the cadence begins (Q3 2026), and we'd prefer outlets cite the methodology page when reproducing the table so readers can read the caveats.

Editorial standards

Independence and AED-first reporting are foundational. We do not accept payment for coverage, do not pay sources, and do not run advertorial as editorial. The editorial policy spells out the verification standard. The how-we-make-money page is the financial firewall.
