DEAL Etihad 'Last chance for summer' — round-trip Economy DUBAIPOINTS.

Etihad’s UAE offers page is running a “Last chance for summer” sale with a booking deadline of 15 August 2026. Fares are round-trip Economy out of Abu Dhabi, inclusive of taxes and surcharges, and each route shows a cash price and an Etihad Guest Miles price side by side.

  • Krakow — AED 1,840 or 62,620 Miles
  • Palma de Mallorca — AED 2,190 or 74,530 Miles
  • Al Alamein — AED 2,050 or 69,765 Miles
  • Nice — AED 2,290 or 77,935 Miles
  • Mykonos — AED 2,300 or 78,270 Miles
  • Santorini — AED 2,390 or 81,333 Miles

The Miles price is the same 2.94 fils it was in July

Divide any cash fare by its Miles price and every route gives the same answer: 2.94 fils per Etihad Guest Mile. AED 1,840 ÷ 62,620 = 2.94. AED 2,390 ÷ 81,333 = 2.94. AED 2,050 ÷ 69,765 = 2.94.

That is the identical rate we calculated on the July sale, which had an entirely different route list. A flat rate holding across two unrelated sales is the tell: these are fixed-rate “Miles as currency” prices, not award-chart seats, and the rate is a standing Etihad setting rather than a per-promotion decision.

It is also a poor use of Miles. Saver Business redemptions on the same programme return roughly 15–23 fils per Mile — five to eight times better. Book these in cash and keep the Miles for a premium cabin. Our Etihad Guest programme guide has the sweet-spot list, and the valuations methodology explains the cost-basis figures.

Before you book

These are ex-Abu Dhabi fares, so Dubai-based readers should price the transfer into any comparison against an equivalent DXB departure. Etihad states the schedule is subject to change and local operating conditions, and sale fares carry their own change and cancellation rules — check the fare conditions on the booking page before paying.
