Etihad Guest pays up to 40% bonus Miles on transfers from UAE banks and Accor until 31 October

Etihad Guest's October points-exchange offer adds 10%, 20% or 40% bonus Miles to partner transfers made by 31 October 2026, tiered by the size of the transfer. Emirates NBD, FAB, DIB, Emirates Islamic, Mashreq, RAKBANK and Ajman Bank are on the list; ADCB and Marriott Bonvoy are not.

Etihad Guest is paying up to 40% bonus Etihad Guest Miles on points transferred in from partner programmes between 1 and 31 October 2026 (00:00 to 23:59 UAE time), per the offer page on etihad.com. The bonus is tiered by the size of the transfer, so one large conversion earns more than several small ones.

No registration step is stated in the terms. The catches sit elsewhere: transfers cannot be reversed, the offer is not valid with any other offer, and the bonus Miles post within 30 business days of the campaign ending, not on the day you transfer.

The tiers

Per Etihad’s terms, the bonus depends on how many Etihad Guest Miles a transfer is worth:

Transfer worthBonus
Up to 9,999 Miles10%
10,000 to 49,999 Miles20%
50,000 Miles or more40%

The step from 20% to 40% at 50,000 Miles is the one that matters. A transfer worth 50,000 Miles lands 20,000 bonus Miles; at our published cost-basis valuation of 2 fils per Etihad Guest Mile, that bonus is worth about AED 400. Two transfers of 25,000 each would earn 20% apiece, or 10,000 bonus Miles in total, about AED 200.

The terms describe the tiers per transfer but do not say in so many words how Etihad treats several transfers made on the same day. Do it in one go if you can.

The UAE partners

The offer page lists every participating programme. The UAE ones:

Revolut is also listed, again without a country.

Two programmes many UAE readers hold are missing: ADCB TouchPoints is not on the list, and neither is Marriott Bonvoy, the hotel currency with the best published Etihad ratio in our transfer-ratios guide. The hotel programmes that do qualify are ALL Accor and Shangri-La Circle.

Etihad states a ratio for only one partner on the page: 1,000 Ajman Bank MORE rewards convert to 909 Etihad Guest Miles. For everyone else it says “transfer ratios and minimum thresholds apply”. Check the rate in your bank’s rewards portal before you convert; the bonus is paid on the Miles that land, not on the bank points you spend.

What it means for UAE members

  • You have a large bank balance and an Etihad redemption in mind. This is the month to move it, in one transfer worth 50,000 Miles or more. The Etihad Guest hub sets out where Miles go furthest from Abu Dhabi; Business Saver redemptions are where the 40% bonus earns its keep.
  • You hold Accor points. Our transfer guide records Accor converting to Etihad Guest at 2:1, so 100,000 Accor points would arrive as 50,000 Miles plus 20,000 bonus. Whether that beats using Accor points on a hotel stay is the same question it always is; the bonus narrows the gap, it does not close it on every route.
  • You have no redemption planned. Do nothing. Miles moved without a use in sight are exposed to whatever Etihad changes next, and a transfer cannot be undone.
