New Emirates NBD customers who open an account in the ENBD X app between 1 October and 31 December 2026 and fund it with AED 50,000 within seven days get a guaranteed Air Arabia return ticket, per ENBD's offer page. An average balance from AED 10,000 or a salary from AED 5,000 enters a draw for 90 tickets. ENBD can claw the reward back.

Emirates NBD is offering new customers a guaranteed Air Arabia return ticket for opening an account in its ENBD X app and funding it with AED 50,000 within seven days. The promotion runs from 1 October to 31 December 2026, per its terms and conditions.

A smaller commitment enters a draw instead. ENBD’s offer page says 90 tickets are to be won.

Two ways in

RouteWhat you need to doWhat you get
GuaranteedFund the new account with AED 50,000 in total within 7 days of opening itAn Air Arabia return ticket, per the offer page
DrawStart a salary of at least AED 5,000 within 30 days of opening, or hold an average balance of at least AED 10,000 in the month after openingOne raffle entry; the page says 90 tickets are to be won

Air Arabia is named on ENBD’s offer page, not in the terms. The terms speak of a “guaranteed prize” and say raffle prizes “may include cash rewards, gadgets, travel experiences, vouchers” or other rewards.

Who qualifies

  • New to ENBD, or new to “liabilities”. You must be new to ENBD, or new to “liabilities” with the bank. Existing products do not count.
  • The app only. The current or savings account must be opened through the ENBD X app during the promotion period. No separate registration is needed.
  • Salaries count only by WPS or the UAE Fund Transfer System. Cash, cheques and transfers from a personal account do not count. Pension credits do.
  • Loan money does not count towards the balance.

The catches

  • No route, class or value is published. ENBD confirms the ticket’s details when you redeem it, and your dates depend on availability and “the booking partner’s terms and conditions”. You cannot know in advance what the ticket is worth.
  • It can take up to six months. ENBD says it will hand out prizes within 180 days of the account being opened.
  • Six months or ENBD can take it back. ENBD may reverse the reward, without notice and from any of your ENBD accounts or cards, if you do not receive six consecutive salary payments or keep the required average balance for six consecutive months.
  • You can lose it if you leave early. The reward can be forfeited if the account is closed, the salary stops or a condition is broken before the prize is handed out.
  • Does it combine with ENBD’s salary offer? The terms point both ways. One clause says the promotion is not valid with any other ENBD promotion. Another says payroll customers who join through it are enrolled in ENBD’s salary-transfer offer. Ask ENBD in writing before you assume you can have both.

Is it worth it?

The AED 50,000 route means moving a large sum into a new account within a week, for a ticket of unknown value. The terms do not say how much must stay there or for how long, and the clawback clause refers to a “required monthly average balance” that they define only for the draw. Ask ENBD in writing, then price an Air Arabia return on the route you would actually fly against what that money would earn elsewhere.

If you are moving your salary anyway and it is AED 15,000 or more, compare this with ENBD’s separate salary-transfer cashback, which pays AED 1,500 or more until 24 December. That offer comes with its own card and spending conditions. The cashback offer is on our salary-transfer tracker.
