HSBC is offering AED 750 cashback to eligible new-to-bank customers who open a new Advance Account during the offer period, which ends on 31 December 2026. HSBC’s product page presents the UAE app as the opening route; the offer terms also require the app to be downloaded and activated within 30 days of account opening.
- Bonus: AED 750 cashback
- Who: New-to-HSBC customers opening an individual Advance Account; HSBC staff, existing customers and joint-account applicants are excluded by the offer terms
- Salary route: Transfer at least two eligible salaries of AED 10,000 to AED 39,999 within the first three months of opening the account
- Balance route: Maintain an average monthly balance of at least AED 100,000 in deposits or investments for four consecutive months
- App condition: Download and activate the HSBC UAE app within 30 days of opening the account
- Payment timing: HSBC says cashback is credited within 90 calendar days after the applicable salary or balance conditions are met
- Expires: 31 December 2026
Worth knowing before you count the AED 750: HSBC’s salary definition is strict — the credit must arrive monthly with a “Salary” (or equivalent) transaction description, and occasional separate payments do not count. Closing the account within 180 days of the first deposit or salary credit, interrupting the required salary transfers within that period, or failing the balance or app conditions may make the cashback ineligible or repayable.
Earning at least AED 40,000 a month? The Premier welcome offer pays AED 2,000 on the salary-transfer route on the same end date — see our salary-transfer tracker for how the UAE’s salary-linked offers compare.
